Key Responsibilities
- Setup and Operate: Program, set up, and run Haas CNC mills and lathes independently.
- CAD/CAM Programming: Create and modify complex toolpaths using CAD/CAM software.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Quality Control: Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure precise tolerances.
- Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional CNC machining experience.
- Proven expertise specifically with Haas mills and lathes.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM programming (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks).
- Deep understanding of metal cutting mechanics, fixtures, and tooling.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a sharp eye for detail.
