Machinist

Responsibilities

• Operate saw and ensure all material is cut and prepped for CNC machines
• Run already setup CNC lathes/mills (with ability to learn more about programming)
• Run manual mill/lathes
• Small assembly work as needed
• Broach keyways and press bearings as needed
• Use forklift to move material off trucks and move scrap bins
• Use crane to load material onto racks and operate auto saw

Requirements

• 40 hours a week minimum
• Good attendance
• Machining related schooling is a plus but not required
• CNC operating on Haas mills/lathes a plus but not required
• Good work ethic
• Must know how to read a tape measure and dial caliper (will be tested in interview)
• Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, twist
• Manual machining on lathes and mills a plus but not required
