About the role
An established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Machinist to work in-person in Coatesville, PA.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate both manual and CNC machines.
- Perform conversational CNC programming for lathes and mills (Trak machines preferred).
- Write and interpret G-code CNC programming.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining processes and produce finished parts from raw materials.
- Select appropriate tooling for machining operations.
- Machine high-alloy materials, including Stainless Steel 304/316, Inconel 600/800, Monel 400, and Hastelloy C-276.
- Design and fabricate custom fixtures as needed.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and test indicators.
- Experience machining high-alloy materials preferred.
