Machinist

About the role

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on machinist who takes pride in precision work. You'll set up and run machinery to fabricate, alter, and repair parts, tools, and equipment — reading blueprints, running the numbers, and turning raw material into products that meet spec, every time.

Responsibilities

• Operate precision and cutting equipment — drill press, chop saw, lathe, mill
• Cut, shape, and fabricate tools and machine parts to spec
• Read and follow mechanical blueprints
• Verify all work meets quality standards and instructions
• Follow relevant industry regulations
• Clean, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (trade school a plus)
• 3+ years of related machinist experience
• Solid basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Physical fitness, including the ability to lift 50 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude across a range of industry tools and machinery
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
