Machinist

Your Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Our manufacturing company is looking for a Machinist to work on our product assembly line. In this position, you will work closely with the production team to create and/or modify components for use in our products. You must be able to read blueprints, know how to use a variety of machine tools, hand and power tools, and be able to stand for extended periods. We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in the machining field. Duties And Responsibilities Ability read and understand drawings and workAbility to use Conventional Machine Tools, lathes, mills, grinders, debur, various handWork with other team members to meet productionTest and inspect components for uniformity andAbility to follow instructions and work in multiple workAbility to setup and operate CNC Mill Requirements And Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificateStrong mechanical aptitudeExperience working with largeFamiliarity with standard power and hand toolsDetail oriented problem solver and trouble shooterExperience with CAD/CAM software (Solidworks, Mastercam, etc.) is a plus Working Conditions Standard Work Week/Hours: M-TH, 6:00AM – 4:30PM (4/10)Hazard(s): Manufacturing Working with manufacturing equipmentPhysical Demand(s): Able to lift 40 , sit and stand for reasonable periods of time.
