About the role
As a Machinist, you will be responsible for accurately setting up and operating machine tools. Key responsibilities include:
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn ISO G code programming for either lathes or vertical mills
- Machine set up for parts run for lathes or vertical mills
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints to ensure products are machined correctly
- Understand and follow existing QC processes
- Arrange tooling and/or parts in a specified order
- Operate and control equipment responsibly and safely
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of piece parts
Many tasks include performing your own work and/or reviewing the work of others in the department.
Requirements
- CNC Precision Manufacturing Technician AAS Degree, Diploma, or Certificate
- Preferably two years of experience
- Any combination of education and experience that provides the required skill and knowledge for successful performance

Pay
Salary range: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
Schedule
Flexible schedule including 4/10-hour shifts and 5/8-hour shifts with flexible start times.
