Responsibilities

• Performs all work in accordance with standard operating procedures and drawing specifications with little assistance
• Performs machine set-ups independently, including selecting tooling, adjusting offsets, and preparing equipment for production
• Sets up and operates CNC machines with assistance
• Assists in operational checks to ensure departmental tools, fixtures & equipment are in good working condition
• Can operate CNC machine with assistance
• Performs assigned duties, frequently lifting / moving up to and including 50lbs
• Standing, walking, bending, crouching, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and climbing are all required motions of the job

Requirements

• Ability to read & write in English (High School or equivalent)
• At least 1 year of validated experience working with Vertical / Horizontal CNC Milling Machines
• Familiar with and basic knowledge of Mastercam / Solid works
• Basic understanding of machine controls using Haas / Fanuc cnc equipment
• Show knowledge in G & M cnc codes
• Skills in communication, both verbal and written to effectively connect with different teams, provide training, and diagnosis/resolve production issues

Pay
