Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Efficiently setup and operate all equipment in the cell.
• Operate or perform set-ups for other processes in the cell during controlled manufacturing cycles.
• Interpret process sheets, prints and sketches of a part to determine manufacturing processes, dimensional specifications, set-up, and operating requirements.
• Recognize defective parts and take necessary steps to correct the print, process or program.
• Inspect workmanship of current and succeeding processes for any deviations from the print, process, or program and notify proper personnel to assist in correcting the problem.
• Report all injuries, regardless of significance.
• Observe and comply with all company safety procedures and training programs.
• Maintain a clean & organized work environment.
• Responsible for movement of product to the next specified process on the routing sheet.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk hear.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk and sit.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to three months of related experience
• Combination of the above
• Cell Certification required as described in the Hydratight Certification Matrix
