Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Efficiently setup and operate all equipment in the cell.
- Operate or perform set-ups for other processes in the cell during controlled manufacturing cycles.
- Interpret process sheets, prints and sketches of a part to determine manufacturing processes, dimensional specifications, set-up, and operating requirements.
- Recognize defective parts and take necessary steps to correct the print, process or program.
- Inspect workmanship of current and succeeding processes for any deviations from the print, process, or program and notify proper personnel to assist in correcting the problem.
- Report all injuries, regardless of significance.
- Observe and comply with all company safety procedures and training programs.
- Maintain a clean & organized work environment.
- Responsible for movement of product to the next specified process on the routing sheet.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk hear.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk and sit.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Education And Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months of related experience
- Combination of the above
- Cell Certification required as described in the Hydratight Certification Matrix
