About the role
This position plays a key role in the manufacturing of high-quality products by supporting precision machining operations in a collaborative, safety-focused, and quality-driven production environment. This role is essential to supporting our manufacturing operations through precision machining, equipment setup, inspection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will do
- Operate and set up CNC equipment, including HAAS Mill and HAAS Lathe, as well as manual lathes and mills, to manufacture precision parts from various materials in accordance with work orders, drawings, specifications, and required tolerances.
- Select appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining sequences to ensure efficient cutting and finishing operations.
- Inspect finished parts, correct defects when needed, and complete all required production and quality documentation.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, clean, and maintain machines and tools in compliance with standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to quality objectives by writing basic programs and modifying existing CNC programs as required.

- You have Mastercam experience (considered a strong asset).
- You have demonstrated the ability to manage complex machining tasks while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
