Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Inspection and full remanufacturing of crankcases, cylinder heads, and/or other engine components.
• Inspection and reworking other various engine components as required.
• Safely Load and unload product into a machine.
• Protect machines and machined product by following processes and procedures such as part loading, being in control of the machine, and safely transporting product over short distances.
• Maintain product quality through monitoring and adjusting offsets as needed.
• Perform first article and buyoff.
• Mets production demands.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• Able to skillfully operate crankcase remanufacturing machines.
• Confirming orders into SAP.
• Other duties as assigned.

Other Qualifications

• Experience in general machining practice.
• Ability to read and interpret G-codes, M-codes.
• Experience with CNC Haas mill setup, proving program.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3+ Years experience with general CNC Lathe and mill operations.
• Knowledge of inspection tools and their proper use.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of Engines.
• Experience operating a Sunnen Hone & HAAS CNC vertical mill.
