Top 5 Responsibilities

• Operate more advanced machinery and CNC machines with a foundational understanding of G-code
• Understand and utilize technical drawings and blueprints effectively
• Utilize precision measuring tools to guarantee accurate results
• Identify and resolve issues related to machinery and cutting tools
• Enhance machining processes to increase efficiency

Additional Responsibilities / Duties

• Ensure the machines are running efficiently and accurately according to specifications
• Interpret complex diagrams to produce parts that meet precise specifications
• Conduct regular measurements and quality checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Suggest and implement improvements to existing procedures to optimize production flow
• Maintain an organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency
• Wear the appropriate protective gear to ensure personal and workplace safety

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

• A high school diploma or vocational school equivalent
• A strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine operation
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Skilled in using precision measuring tools with a keen eye for detail
• A valid state motor vehicle operator's license
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
