Machinist - 2nd Shift

What You'll Do Set up and operate Swiss CNC lathes and vertical mills to produce high-precision componentsPerform tooling changes and machine adjustments to maintain efficient productionInterpret engineering drawings and specifications to manufacture parts accuratelyInspect finished components using precision measurement equipment to verify conformance to requirementsIdentify and address quality issues while maintaining high production standardsComplete production records and documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environmentCollaborate with engineers, programmers, and fellow machinists to support manufacturing goals What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience operating and setting up Swiss CNC lathesAble to work 3:00pm to 12:00amAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentationProficiency with precision measurement instruments and inspection techniquesStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workAbility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to work independently with limited supervisionAbility to stand for extended periods throughout the shiftStrong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills Why Mainstream Engineering?
