Assignment Functions And Responsibilities

1. Follow dispatch list to ensure machines have correct jobs.
2. Set up machines according to job specifications.
3. Validate tooling set up, program offsets and machining parameters.
4. Makes sure correct tooling is ready for machines.
5. Tear down previous job table and vacuum pods.
6. Set up and tear down tools as needed.
7. Return tools to tool room.
8. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
9. Install and align tooling, fixtures, and materials.
10. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
11. Troubleshoot machine or tooling issues during production.
12. Avoid non-compliance with safety and quality standards.
13. Provide feedback to machine programming.
14. Aid operators with technical guidance when needed.
