About the role
Machining Process Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machining processes in a manufacturing environment. They work closely with production teams to ensure that products meet quality standards while minimizing costs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement machining processes using CAD/CAM software
- Optimize machining operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve product quality
- Conduct process evaluations and make recommendations for process improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in machining processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machining processes
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with CNC machines and tools
- Knowledge of metrology and inspection techniques
- Understanding of material properties and their impact on machining processes

- $75,000 - $85,000 annually
Schedule
- Full-time position
