Machine Technician Lev 2

What You'll Do

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot more complex machine problems
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent unexpected breakdowns
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using appropriate tools and techniques, and execute timely repairs
• Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions that impact manufacturing processes
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support operational transparency and compliance
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company policies to promote a safe and efficient work environment during 2nd and 3rd shifts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or vocational training in industrial maintenance, mechanical technology, or a related field
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial machinery
• Knowledge of electrical systems and CMMS
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and nights on 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Previous experience working in a 24/7 manufacturing operation
• Basic welding or fabrication skills
