Machine Shop Supervisor (#10909TB)

Key Requirements

• Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate machining staff in a manufacturing environment
• Strong CNC machining experience with the ability to serve as a technical resource for the production team

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 machinists to achieve peak performance
• Assign daily tasks, manage workflow schedules, and drive production output to meet established goals
• Oversee and assist with complex setups, tool changes, and G-code or MasterCam programming edits
• Ensure quality standards for finished parts and troubleshoot machining errors during first shift operations
• Enforce shop safety rules and champion lean manufacturing and 5S cleanliness standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead production meetings to communicate goals and expectations
