Machine Shop - CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints.
• Assemble equipment; use of basic precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and comparators.
• Determine specifications for high precision parts.
• Meet production quotas for machined parts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CNC Machine Experience Required.
• Demonstrated background in machine shop operations.
• Ability to read and understand basic G&M code.
• Basic knowledge of cutting tools and perishable tools associated with common types of machining.

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 25 lbs. frequently throughout the day.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. infrequently throughout the day.
• Stand 100% of the day.

Working Conditions

• Non-climate-controlled warehouse.
