About the role

Sanderson MacLeod is seeking Machine Set-Up Operators for their 2nd Shift team. This position involves setting up and operating machinery to produce twisted wire brushes used by essential industries worldwide. The role utilizes advanced manufacturing technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery safely and efficiently to production standards.
• Maintain attendance, follow policies and procedures, and commit to flexible overtime.
• Communicate effectively with other employees.
• Move around to different machines and work on your feet or sitting.

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined to ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery.
• Ability to work on your feet or sitting.
• Effective communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a drug screen if offered the position.

Pay

\$45,760 - \$62,900 annually.

Schedule

Standard hours are Monday - Friday, 3:30 p.m. to Midnight. Weekend and occasional evening overtime may be required.
