Machine Service Technician - Weekday Day Shift

Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule preventative maintenance activities on the Additive Metal Printers throughout the facility.
- Prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Maintain 3D printing systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and fiber laser systems.
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Machine Build, and Engineering to resolve issues promptly.
- Identify and communicate necessary updates to TPMs through hands-on observation.
- Provide status updates to management on assigned projects.
- Assist with the installation of equipment and machines in production.
- Read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical drawings and schematics to perform maintenance duties.
- Adhere to and support Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience, preferably in an industrial machine service technician role or machine-building department, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with electro-mechanical and pneumatics assemblies.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Preferred 4+ years of experience building automated equipment.
- High precision, close tolerance proficiency.
- Ability to use all hand tools.
- Experience with electronics assembly techniques: wiring, crimping, soldering, ESD protection.
- Awareness of design tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in standard and metric systems.

Pay
The hourly pay range for this position varies by level; final level and compensation will be determined based on a candidate's experience. Level 1: $24.72 – $33.99 Level 2: $28.12 – $38.67 Level 3: $32.60 – $44.83
Schedule
This shift covers Monday through Wednesday, and every other Thursday, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
