Machine Repair Technician

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Rotating on-call weekends (minimum 2 hours paid if called in)

Pay

• $23.00/hour or higher, depending on experience
• Additional $1.00/hour shift differential

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns
• Maintain, alter, rebuild and adjust equipment and facilities to include fabricating parts and assemblies
• Follow up on and study recurring facility-oriented failures in an effort to find solutions
• Attend to RTU air conditioners, filter changes, wash condensers, tighten belts
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and materials necessary for the operation of the building and manufacturing
• Wood working projects

What We're Looking For

We are open to candidates from a variety of industrial maintenance environments, including manufacturing outside of print.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of mechanical technician experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude
• Understand Lock-Out-Tag-Out
• Ability to thread pipe and solder copper pipes
