Requirements

• Possess a certified journeyperson’s card (or similar contractual Journeyperson status) or document a minimum of eight years of experience in specific trade from previous employers on company letterhead.
• Able to work well with others and in teams.
• Available to work overtime and flexible schedule as required within union facility agreement.
• Available to work any shift as required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of past manufacturing experience, preferably in an automotive supplier company.
• Ability to check for backlash in a ball screw by using an indicator, also the removal & proper bearing set up and installation of ball screw assembly.
• Realign turret heads, spindles, chucks, etc. using indicators.
• Spindle removal, rebuild, replace.
• Ability to read blueprints (bearing stack up, hydraulic systems).
• Hydraulic Cylinder and Pump removal, rebuild, replace.
• Hydraulic System troubleshooting.
• Mobile Crane License and Rigging.
