Job Summary
Fitness Machine Technicians is seeking a technician to repair and perform other services for customers in the field. The ideal candidate should have one year of mechanical/electrical experience and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on various pieces of fitness equipment
- Identify and report replacement parts needed
- Assemble and disassemble equipment and perform equipment installations
- Complete accurate and thorough customer work order reports
- Interact with customers to maintain great client relationships
- Drive from job to job in a clean and well-organized branded vehicle
- Daily local travel
- Occasionally lift heavy equipment
Qualifications
- One year of mechanical/electrical aptitude and experience working with hand tools
- Experience repairing fitness equipment is a plus but not necessary
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Able to use a phone/tablet for scheduling and job reports
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- A self-starter with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks
- Pass a background check
- High School diploma or equivalent

Compensation
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
