Machine Operators - 12-hr Night Shift

C-P Flexible Packaging is looking for Machine Operators. This position operates on a 6PM-6AM 2/2/3 rotation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery
• Complete tasks within adequate time limits, meet daily goal/scheduled needs
• Tearing down and setting up jobs
• Loading and unloading of product
• Interpret and understand written information (work orders, SOP, tickets, etc.)
• Palletization and bagging
• Keeping work and surrounding areas clean and safe
• Work in a team environment
• Must comply with all general Company-wide standard operating procedures (SOP's) and any job or department specific SOP's
• SOP's may cover the area of (but are not limited to): Employee Health & Safety; SQF (Safe Quality Food packager) and GMP (good manufacturing procedures) focused on eliminating contaminants in all packaging manufactured

Qualifications

• Problem solving
• Following instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Communicating in a clear manner
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure

Physical Demands

• Able to lift to 50-80 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Bending and twisting
• Extensive use of hands and fingers

Pay

Pay starting at $20+/hour + $1.25/hr shift differential.

Schedule

6PM-6AM, 2/2/3 rotation.
