Machine Operator – 12hr Night Shift. PAC by ProAmpac is hiring experienced Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a machine operator role in a manufacturing environment (not a forklift position). Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
- Performing machine setup and changeovers
- Reading and following work orders and production specifications
- Completing quality checks and required production documentation
- Troubleshooting basic machine or quality issues
- Understanding machine components including rollers, knives, webs, and unwind systems
- Supporting startup, shutdown, and shift change procedures
- Maintaining a safe and organized work area
- Producing quality products that meet customer specifications
