About the role

The Machine Operator Trainee is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on training in various machine operations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of machines as needed
• Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors immediately

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods
• Valid driver’s license (if required by the facility)

Qualifications

• Experience with basic industrial machinery is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
