Machine Operator - Production

About the Role

Reeb®, an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Production Machine Operator to join our VALUES-based organization. The role involves operating a CNC-type machine or other automated machinery for the production and assembly of door units, including doubles, patios, cut-downs, with transoms and/or special hardware. This is not a forklift or PIT equipment position.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CNC-type machine or other automated machinery for production in the assembly of door units.
• Read work orders to ensure accuracy of assembly.
• Make necessary repairs or adjustments to assure quality.
• Use power tools for special door prep.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Identify most common doors and inserts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a CNC-type machine or other automated machinery for production.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Proficiency in basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience with specialized carpentry tools is helpful.
