Machine Operator - OUTLET - Brooklyn Park, MN - (Full-Time)

Position Summary

This position is responsible for operating a baling machine, preparing product for secondary markets, and generating revenues that contribute to the organization's mission.

Job Pay & Perks

• Pay Range: $13.85 - $19.91/hr
• Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota prioritizes work-life balance. Weekend/holiday shifts are limited, and we offer competitive pay, flexible hours, a variety of benefit options, and an employee discount.
• No overnights or late closing shifts, and limited holiday hours (closed Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years’ Day).
• GE-SMN retail locations are closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day!

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees, and customers.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to operate material handling equipment.

Prior Experience & Education

• 0-3 years of experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
