Machine Operator - Monday - Thursday 2:00pm-12:00am/4pm-4am

We are excited to invite Machine Operators to join our dynamic team at CPI Card Group. After 75 days of work, employees may be offered full-time positions and become eligible for benefits starting on the first day of the month after their start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor production line machinery, conducting routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols to create a secure workplace and work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain quality standards
• Accurately document production metrics and promptly communicate any issues to management for swift resolution

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
• At least one year’s experience in machine operation
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, including distinguishing color
• Proficient in math for calculating percentages, areas, and volumes
• Ability to set up computer-aided machinery, with a solid understanding of Windows-based computers
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Dependable with a track record of good attendance and punctuality
• Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary

Physical Requirements

• Standing for long periods, stooping, walking, bending, pulling, climbing, and lifting materials up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to various machinery and materials in a production facility focused on safety and teamwork

Pay

• Hourly rate: $20.00
• Shift differential: +$2.00 ($22.00)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment could earn up to an additional $2.00 per hour

Schedule

• Current overtime schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 pm–12:00 am
• Candidate needs to be flexible with hours
