Machine Operator - Mon - Thurs 9 pm - 7:30 am

Location: Mebane, NC • Duration: 12 months • Hours: 40/week • Pay: $16–20/hr • Shift: 3rd (Mon–Thurs, 9 pm–7:30 am) • Employment type: W2 contract (US citizens or green-card holders only)

About the role

Performs routine production functions—filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting—under general supervision. Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO 9000. Works effectively in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives, and makes decisions relative to position requirements while following standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices, making decisions as required.
• Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method.
• Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.
• Read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to get along with people and work in a team environment.
