Machine Operator - M - Th 9pm - 7:30am (Must Have Machine Operator Exp)

Location: Mebane, NC • Duration: 12 months • Hours: 40/week • Pay: $16–20/hr • Shift: 3rd (9 PM – 7 AM) • Employment type: W2 contract (US citizens or Green Card holders only)

About the role

Performs routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision. Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO 9000. Works effectively in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives, and makes decisions relative to position requirements while following standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices
• Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method
• Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
• Perform basic math calculations
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis
• Ability to get along with people and work in a team environment
