Machine Operator - M - F 2pm - 10:30pm (Urgent Need) Exp in Machine Operator

About the role

Machine Operator position in Sparks, MD for a medical devices company. Contract W2 role (US citizens, GC holders, OPT, CPT eligible). 12‑month assignment, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 2:00 PM‑10:30 PM. Industrial, entry‑level role.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling and inspecting under general supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs and ISO 9000 standards.
• Work effectively in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.
• Follow instructions and standard operating procedures; make decisions as required.
• Ensure attendance is held to the highest standard and use required PPE (including bunny suit when working in the clean room).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend English specifications and perform basic math calculations.
• Effective communication skills understandable to coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work regularly and punctually.
• Ability to get along with others and work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
• Comfortable wearing the full bunny suit and working in a clean‑room environment when required.

Pay

$16‑$20 per hour.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
