Machine Operator Level Three

About the role

Responsible for operating complex machinery to ensure high-quality production output. Collaborates with team members to maintain equipment and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced manufacturing equipment to produce goods according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Participate in regular maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other operators to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with industrial machinery and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.

Skills

• Proficient in using various types of manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$20-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
