Machine Operator – Injection Mold

Responsibilities

• Purging machines for production runs
• Machine startup / shutdown
• Loading material and concentrate
• Chiller and thermolator startup and shutdown
• Unloading, trimming, inspecting, assembling and/or packing parts and labeling boxes
• Making boxes as needed
• Run granulator, switch regrind barrels
• Using ERP computer system to add molded parts into stock
• Log scrap parts accordingly

Skills/Abilities

• Works well as an individual and as a team member
• Good attendance and positive attitude
• Requires good mechanical/electrical/troubleshooting skills
• Absorbs and follows detailed instructions
• Monitors multiple tasks at once
• Able to safely and repeatedly lift 55-pound bags of material
• Okay with being on feet majority of the day and repetitive processes

Qualifications

• Full-time: 7:30am-4:00pm
