Responsibilities
- Working under close supervision and following detailed verbal and written instructions, performs repetitive bench to produce medical components and associated subassemblies.
- Performs simple to semi-complex tasks in the preparation for medical device assembly.
- Places parts in specified relationship to each other per written documentation.
- Assembles components according to approved standards and procedures.
- Reads and follows procedures to assemble, start-up, and operate production equipment.
- Performs moderately complex set-ups, adjustments, operates, maintains, and cleans machines moderate complexity to perform assembly process on assembly line.
- Works at different workstations as production needs require.
- Performs moderately complex first piece inspections using simple test equipment.
- Accurately records and completes manufacturing documentation, i.e., logbooks.
- Communicates problems to supervisor, technician, or engineer.
- Performs stock/kanban transactions and enter lot information into computer/terminal.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Requires a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
