SEKISUI Aerospace is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our growing production team in Renton, WA. Weekend 2nd Shift Schedule: This will be a rotating schedule. Week one will be Thursday-Sunday; 4:30PM - 4:00AM, week two will be Friday-Sunday 4:30pm-4:00am. Pay: $24.48 To $28.88 Hourly (FT, Non-Exempt) 10% Shift Differential Is Included In This Range

Required Qualifications

  • Able to communicate questions and concerns with others in work group.
  • Ability to read and understand detailed instructions.
  • Ability to utilize computers and related technology efficiently.
  • Excellent hand eye coordination; attention to detail.
  • Skilled in basic math calculations and the use of measurement tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in composites preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Two years or more of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Basic computerskills.

Education

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Pay

Pay SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the pay for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets. Please note that the pay rate shown above is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
