Machine Operator I Trainee (Night Shift)

About the role

The Machine Operator position at Iatric Manufacturing Solutions is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production process for the Morristown facility. Key responsibilities include supporting the production and packaging of finished goods, operating, troubleshooting, adjusting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, and following cGMP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the production and packaging of finished goods.
• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment to get maximum performance and efficiency.
• Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility.
• Follow cGMP procedures.
• Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications.

• Contribute to a cooperative working effort by demonstrating a willingness to perform other job-related work, as needed or requested.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with computer usage within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation for continuous learning.

Pay

$18.50/hour plus $1.00/hr. for night shift differential. Pay-for-skill program to boost your wage as you grow.
