Lactalis US Yogurt is currently hiring a Machine Operator based in Londonderry, NH, to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure personal and personnel safety for the assigned production line and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain product quality, ensuring all components meet Stonyfield standards (white mass, fruit dosing, flavor injection, cups, lids, codes).
  • Monitor weight control, line checks, changeovers, start-up, shutdown, and other processes.
  • Align Stonyfield products with specifications, make adjustments, and report deviations to maintenance and supervision.
  • Maintain housekeeping, General Manufacturing Practice compliance, and zoning for the assigned line.
  • Ensure proper labeling of containers used in production.
  • Perform Clean in Place (CIP) for the assigned line, maintaining high sanitation standards within the expected timeframe.
  • Ensure operator control sheets accurately reflect fruit and flavor consumption for each SKU run.
  • Adapt to changes in the work environment and contribute positively to change.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour schedule.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a noisy area.
  • Computer literacy required.
  • English proficiency (reading and writing skills).
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to operate in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt in a changing work environment.

Schedule

We run 12-hour shifts with alternating weeks:

  • Week 1 (48 Hours): Sat - Work, Sun - Work, Mon - Off, Tues - Off, Wed - Work, Thurs - Work, Fri - Off
  • Week 2 (36 Hours): Sat - Off, Sun - Off, Mon - Work, Tues - Work, Wed - Off, Thurs - Off, Fri - Work

Shifts run from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.
