Our Greer facility is expanding capacity and investing in equipment, and we’re looking for operators who can step in, learn our processes quickly, and contribute consistently.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products.
• Make simple machine adjustments as needed before moving to setups, basic changeovers, and machine adjustments.
• Monitor quality standards and maintain specifications.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Accurately record production data and communicate issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude or technical skill set strongly desired.
• Ability to read work instructions, measurements, and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently once trained.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Comfortable working in a louder production environment.

Pay

$18‑$21 per hour

Schedule

3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11 pm – 7 am
