Machine Operator I (12 Hour Days or Nights)
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machinery and equipment
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments
- Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
- Use measuring tools to verify product quality and accuracy
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance
- Identify and report equipment or quality issues
- Follow all safety procedures and support production goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Comfortable using hand tools, including wrenches, hammers, and levels
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Pay
$19.50 / Hr.
Schedule
- Days: 6a - 6p 2-2-3 Schedule
- Nights: 6p - 6a 2-2-3 Schedule ($2.00 Shift Premium)
