Machine Operator- 12 Hour Nights

About the role

Join Loparex LLC, a global leader in release liner manufacturing, as a Machine Operator in Iowa City. You’ll play a vital role in our production process, operating and monitoring state-of-the-art machinery to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments.
• Utilize computer systems for data entry and reporting.
• Lead and support production associates.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Previous machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Reliable attendance.

Schedule

• 12-hour rotating night shifts (7PM–7AM).
• Rotating schedule, including every other weekend or rotating day off.

Pay

Starting at $22.00/hour + 6% shift differential.
