Machine Operator (Hygiene Dept) - 12 Hr Night Shift

About the role

Manufacturing Machine Operator position on a 12‑hour night shift (7 pm–7 am) in Gastonia, NC, with initial training on an 8‑hour first shift. The role will be based in Gastonia this year and relocate to the Mt. Holly facility next year.

Responsibilities

• Operate textile machinery
• Work safely in a fast‑paced, team‑structured environment
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Meet or exceed quality standards
• Handle materials safely and efficiently
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the shift

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual attendance
• Willingness to work hands‑on in a production setting
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Pay

$17.50 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential, paid weekly.

Schedule

12‑hour night shift, 7 pm–7 am; initial training on an 8‑hour first shift.
