Responsibilities
- Operate Zund cutting machines to form printed materials to customer specifications
- Perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet Company standards
- Perform maintenance of Zund machinery and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of machines at beginning of each shift
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- Previous work experience in printing, print operations, cutting, or machine operations (a plus but not required)
- The ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Pay close attention to details on every project
- Basic computer skills, including ePace and Google
- The ability to work independently, make decisions and solve moderate level problems independently, effectively and creatively
- Complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company quality standards
- Effective communication, both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills including, demonstrated listening skills and the ability to present ideas and thoughts concisely and effectively both internally and outside the organization
- Able to admit when you make a mistake (it happens to the best of us)
- Fiercely loyal to both our customers and team
- Trustworthy, reliable, and easy to get along with
- Enthusiastic and eager to take on new challenges

Pay
$35,568 - $43,056 annually (This base pay range does not include additional compensation such as shift differentials).
Schedule
Shifts available: Sunday through Tuesday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (36-hour work week- Three 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule every 4 months. Overtime Eligible.)
