About the role

As a Machine Operator at our Northlake, TX facility, you will play a key role in production operations, ensuring high-quality, affordable food is manufactured efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and conduct minor maintenance on equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to food safety and GMP guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operation role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
