Machine Operator
Description
This role is responsible for setting up and operating cutting equipment to meet customer specifications while ensuring high-quality output and efficient production flow. The position plays a key role in preparing materials for downstream processes, maintaining equipment, and supporting overall product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude or ability to pass a mechanical assessment.
- Strong math skills and ability to interpret measurements.
- Able to read, write, and understand complex instructions and technical documents.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Able to pass a basic reading test.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work overtime, including during peak production periods.
- Able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications
