Machine Operator

Description

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our team at Smurfit Westrock, a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions. Our facility is located at 8080 NorthPoint Blvd, Winston Salem, NC 27106. The position offers flexible shifts, including 2nd (3:00p-11:00p) and 3rd (11:00p - 7:00a), with the possibility of working up to 12-hour shifts. Overtime is available, and candidates must be flexible and willing to train on the 1st shift for 2-3 weeks.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or related field is preferred, but not required. We offer comprehensive training for new hires.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended shifts.
• Competitive pay starting at $19.11/hr, with a potential increase to $24.06/hr upon full training.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
