About the role
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating various machinery to produce goods according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Adjust settings on machines as needed to meet production targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience in manufacturing or similar field.
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and operation of industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor tasks.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience with computerized systems and software.
