Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment assembling products like Ventvisors, hood shields, floor mats, fender flares, storage boxes, and running boards using tools such as drills, screw guns, and rivet guns. Schedule
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Thursday, with occasional Fridays.

Responsibilities
- Operate machines to ensure continuous production at a constant rate, maintaining high quality with minimal waste.
- Perform in-process inspections of parts to meet visual standards of acceptance.
- Produce parts in the proper quantity as identified by the production schedule.
- Conduct pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup.
- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, in a timely fashion.
- Follow operational procedures to ensure product quality during packaging.
- Commit to meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service.
- Ensure daily production report data is accurate and up to date.
- Recognize defective materials based on color, surface blemishes, finish, and dimensions.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
- Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, or process control equipment is preferred.
Physical Requirements
This position is classified as Medium Work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
