MACHINE OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate injection molding machines, monitor machine operations, conduct quality checks, and communicate production status.
• Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections, monitor process parameters, and complete quality documentation.
• Production Support: Assist with mold changes, collaborate on troubleshooting, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred.
• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics injection molding.
• Familiarity with injection molding processes, equipment operation, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and precision.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
