Location: Randolph, VT
Starting Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour
Shift Details: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Core Hours) Monday - Friday OT as needed

Machine Technician Duties Include
Process and finish quality cast iron parts used in the manufacture of fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products
Perform Drilling and grinding techniques along with basic machine operation, set up, and cleaning.
Perform quality and safety checks to ensure products meet specifications
Accurately track production counts and work-in-process materials
Required Skills & Abilities
Basic reading & math skills
Ability to follow written & visual work instructions
Ability to communicate clearly
Attention to detail and focus on safety & quality
Preferred Skills
Experience with hand tools
Ability to safely lift, move and process up to 50lbs, using lift assist where needed or required
Work Environment
Manufacturing & foundry environment
Exposure to heat, heavy materials, and industrial equipment
Safety-focused culture requiring adherence to all safety policies & procedures
