Machine Operator

About the role

Dynacast, LLC, a Form Technologies Company, is seeking Die Casting Machine Operators for all three shifts. This position offers the opportunity to work with a global leader in precision die-casting, producing metal components for various industries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the die is running properly.
• Gather first off pieces following setup and deliver to quality for inspection.
• Observe and check assigned casting/molding machine operations.
• Check the quality of products for excessive flash, surface finish of casting, and other obvious or specifically cautioned defects.
• Help other operators as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three to six months related experience or training preferred.
• Proven experience as a machine operator.
• Experience in injection molding preferred.
• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks.
